Serve in Family Ministry

We are grateful to God for calling you to Family Ministry! Here are some ways you can invest your time and talent in the lives of children and families at Calvin:

Sunday

We welcome volunteers for Nursery, Preschool, and Elementary classrooms. Sunday volunteers provide a consistent and comfortable atmosphere for children and parents. Volunteers are encouraged to help weekly or bi-weekly.

Wednesday Evening

Volunteers help provide a weekly place for kids 3 years to grade 5 to learn about God and have fun at Camp Calvin.

Behind the Scenes Support

Throughout the year, volunteers play a key role in planning, organizing and implementing special events–Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt, Parent’s Night Out, off-site activities, Summer Camps and service projects and more.

Volunteers help with planning, crafts, games, music and teaching.
Volunteers also support Children’s Ministry by organizing materials, cleaning rooms, or sharing in other creative ways.
